Hotels can disconnect Google Analytics reporting directly within Presence. You do not need to delete your Google Analytics property or stop website tracking.
1. Disconnect GA4 reporting in Presence
- Sign in to app.presence.am with an authorized hotel account.
- Open the hotel's website settings and select SEO → Google Analytics.
- Select Disconnect reports and confirm.
The current hotel's GA4 connection record and encrypted OAuth refresh token are removed from Presence's active database. The previously retrieved aggregate report cache expires automatically (typically within 15 minutes). The website's existing Measurement ID and all data stored by Google Analytics remain unchanged.
2. Revoke third-party access in Google
For additional control, open Google Account → Third-party connections, locate TATIOSA Presence if listed, and remove its access. Google controls its authorization records; disconnection within Presence does not necessarily revoke the grant at Google.
3. Other Presence account or content requests
To ask about access, deletion or correction of other Presence-held personal data, contact support@tatiosa.com with the hotel/account involved and the type of data concerned. Our team may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Obligations relating to contractual records, law, security, backups and hotel-managed guest content may affect what can be erased immediately.
4. Other privacy information
See the Presence Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data privacy notice.
