These terms describe general rules for using TATIOSA Presence. Commercial pricing, service levels, subscription and other obligations may also be set out in separate agreements accepted by customers. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, that agreement governs to the extent legally permitted.
1. Service provider and scope
TATIOSA Presence is provided by TATIOSA LLC, 58 Mamikonyants Street, Yerevan, Armenia. Presence enables authorized hotel operators to manage hotel websites, configure hospitality features and optionally view external reporting data.
2. Authorized users and account security
Hotels must use legitimate accounts and ensure their account holders are authorized to manage their property, website and associated integrations. Account owners are responsible for protecting credentials, assigning appropriate roles, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.
3. Hotel content and applicable law
Hotels control their own published texts, images, rates, policies and contact details, and must possess the necessary rights and permissions. Hotel operators must comply with applicable consumer, hospitality, privacy and advertising laws, including rules governing guest information and website tracking.
4. Google Analytics reporting
Connecting a Google Analytics account is optional. A connecting user must have the right to authorize access to the selected GA4 property. Presence requests read-only scope and uses data only to display the hotel's analytics dashboard as explained in the GA4 Privacy Notice. Google Analytics itself remains a separate Google service governed by Google's terms. Report availability and figures may depend on Google's processing, permissions, API availability and quotas. You can remove Presence's reporting connection through the hotel's settings without deleting the property's history or disabling a separately installed measurement tag.
5. Payments and third-party services
Paid Presence subscriptions and billing may be administered through TATIOSA Pay and covered by the applicable customer or billing agreement. Google Analytics, hosting infrastructure, booking integrations and other connected services may also have their own terms and policies. Presence is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
6. Service operation and availability
Presence may update features, repair errors, conduct maintenance or suspend access where necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of applicable terms. We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise that external APIs or all reporting data will always be available.
7. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any binding customer agreement, TATIOSA LLC does not warrant uninterrupted third-party analytics availability or the accuracy of data provided by third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable statutory rights or liabilities.
8. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy governs relevant data processing. We may revise these website terms and publish a new effective date. Contact support@tatiosa.com with questions.
